Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all home accessories are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
